Job Description
1. 1-2 years sales experience in telecommunications/software/contact centre support
2. Bachelor's degree from three/ four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3. Good understanding of call centre solution understanding of Inbound, Outbound, CRM, Database integration, telecom SIP and E1 configuration with good oral and written communication skills.
4. Windows and Linux operating system install, operation and troubleshooting experience is required.
5. working experience on Vicidial, GoAuto Dial and Asterisk based telephony call center software and handling is must.
6. Familiar with Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
7. Easily adaptable to fast-paced environment
8. Working knowledge of Internet and Asterisk based telephony System support
+. Ability to demonstrate and engage in technical and customer facing meetings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

1. Attending phone calls, emails related to support, install and any integration on our asterisk-based solution or any in house developed software and reply promptly with higher level of professionalism.
2. Provide single call resolution on issues raised by customer
3. Handle all customers including irate customer politely and professionally.
4. Install asterisk-based telephony system at customer site or on cloud provided servers/ VMs successfully and configure the system as per customer business requirement
5. Provide Training to customers on site or online.
6. Attend all required meetings with associated departments and other executives to support for sales and business development on call or on site as per company and business requirement.
7. Candidate must be a good follower of company policy and procedures and work in lined with reporting manager.

Successful working on ticketing system of issues reported. Ticket management.
Responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly tickets resolution and customer projects completion.
Responsible for providing reports on install, support tickets and projects status to reporting manager.
