About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer with a strong front-end focus and full-stack understanding to join our team in a customer-facing role. This hybrid position bridges the gap between technical engineering and client engagement. You’ll be responsible for delivering impactful software solutions, setting up architecture, and ensuring excellent communication and support for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and optimize modern front-end applications (React, Angular, or similar frameworks).
• Contribute to back-end development when needed (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar).
• Collaborate directly with customers to understand their needs, offer technical insights, and build tailored solutions.
• Act as a technical advisor during customer onboarding, demos, and integrations.
• Set up and manage deployment pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD processes (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable software architecture.
• Serve as a liaison between engineering and product/customer teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
Qualifications:
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in front-end development.
• Solid understanding of full-stack development (REST APIs, databases, deployment workflows).
• Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React preferred).
• Working knowledge of at least one back-end language and familiarity with cloud platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – you can talk tech with engineers and clearly explain it to customers.
• Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing or consultative role.
• Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and scaling best practices.
• Self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience working with B2B SaaS platforms or enterprise clients.
• Familiarity with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or equivalent.
• Ability to handle technical demos, write documentation, and contribute to pre-sales or post-sales efforts.
