Job Description
• Proficient in picking up Customer Solutions on an ongoing basis
• To be completely hands-on and should be able to provide excellent turnaround in case of High Profile Customers as well as High Severity Cases
• Work in close coordination with other team members and assist the leads
• Ensure timely and proper Status Reporting
• Ensure proper follow-up with Customers for Case closures
• Keep in touch with the Product Enhancements from time to time (i. e. Release after Release)
• Identify automation opportunities. Work on identified automation to help improve productivity in operation
Skills
• Good English/Communication Skills
• Good knowledge of 1. JavaScript 2. Linux 3. Java / C++ 4. PL/SQL
• Knowledge of writing Unix shell scripts (preferable)
• Knowledge of Oracle (preferable)
• Very good Analytical skills
• Basic understanding of Web Server, HTML, XML
• Worked in Support or Customer Facing Role (Preferable)
• Good understanding of Data Structures (Optional)
Qualification
Engineering Degree (preferably CS, IT or Electronics Engg.), MCA, B.Sc. Tech (IT/CS) with PGDST/C-DAC. M.Sc. / B.Sc. Graduates with PGDST/C-DAC.
Experience
Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of experience.
