About the Job
At RxCloud, we are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to drive product development from start to finish. This individual will design and implement efficient, scalable, and testable code that meets specifications.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop new capabilities and re-architect existing systems using Java.
Collaborate with a team of developers in test-driven development, prototyping, and code reviews.
Develop clean and efficient middle and back-end solutions.
Implement robust services and external APIs.
Write unit and performance tests to ensure scalability and reliability.
Review and debug code.
Create documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, and code comments to explain solutions.
Determine system specifications, standards, and programming to prepare and install solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Between 5-7 years of experience in software engineering.
Experience developing server-side web applications in Java.
Experience with Java Web Services and public APIs (e.g., REST, SOAP).
Proficient in relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
Able to effectively adopt new technology.
Knowledge of Java frameworks, architecture, and design patterns.
Good communication skills.
