Our client is a NY based top VC backed start up specializing in Conversational AI products aimed at enterprise clients.
The product will automate and streamline - and you will be in the forefront engaging with customers who have just signed up to onboard them, then build and code the AI agent
• Salary: $150 - 210k (may stretch for a superstar)
• Role: Its based in NY in office 5 days - they would love someone who wants to travel to see customers and partner with founder. (that's why its on platform as hybrid)
They're off the back of a great funding round, growing ARR, and want to expand the team with some incredible talent who will be working with their customers to deploy their AI product
The exact job title is forward deployed engineer. This role would be perfect for someone who loves to engage with customers & has done some prompt engineering, or built conversational AI either in work, or in projects. Technical level would be full stack engineer, FDE, solutions or sales engineer etc. i.e someone who can ask questions to explore, and then build.
The ideal candidate:
• Build and code from scratch - think on their feet and ask questions
• High energy - work hard and take ownership
• 1-4 years experience with building conversational AI - if recent grad, needs to be from top 20 college and have built AI at school or projects
• 2-6 years in engineering - solutions, forward deployed, sales engineer etc
• Strong customer empathy and focus. CSM background or similar where they want to understand and deliver best service. go above and beyond
• spike of excellence - sporting, college, work achievements
