Must-have skills: Java, JavaScript, SQL

Strong fundamentals in Data Structures and Algorithms, OOP, databases, and web basics (HTML/CSS/JS)

Familiarity with Git; problem-solving mindset; clear communication

Nice to have

Python, FastAPI, Spring/Spring Boot, Node.js/React, REST/JSON, Postman

Basics of cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, CI/CD, or test automation
