About This Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Engineering team as a Front-End Engineer. You'll get to work with cross-functional teams from across Checkout.com's portfolio of products and services who all have a real customer-first philosophy.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with Product and Design counterparts in ideating, building, and supporting the UI for Checkout.com products and services.
Designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing software solutions.
Helping define project priorities, managing deadlines, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Experience in web application design and state management solutions.
A willingness to learn new skills.
Experience in Software Development, Design, and Architecture, with security in mind.
Good practical knowledge of OOP concepts and SOLID principles.
Solid understanding of HTTP and RESTful design.
Experience with Unit and Integration testing.
Experience with Continuous Integration and Deployment workflows.
