Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing robust web applications that meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design and implement responsive user interfaces using modern front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
Develop server-side applications and RESTful APIs using back-end technologies such as Node.js, Java, Springboot, or others, depending on the technology stack used.
Integrate front-end and back-end components to create a seamless and efficient user experience.
Perform database design and development, including data modelling, queries, and optimization.
Ensure the application's performance, security, and scalability meet industry best practices and project requirements.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of web applications to identify and resolve issues.
Continuously improve and refactor code to enhance application performance and maintainability.
Collaborate with DevOps engineers to facilitate smooth deployment and release processes.
Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, and apply best practices to the development process.
Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of past projects.
Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
Solid knowledge of back-end technologies, such as Node.js, Java, Sprintboot, or others, and experience working with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Familiarity with server-side templating languages and build tools like Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt.
Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with a passion for writing clean and efficient code.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
