Software Engineer - MTS
We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team in Chennai. As a member of our Agile team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-quality code to production.
• You will participate in agile ceremonies, drive best practices to improve team performance, and proactively identify and propose new technologies to create scalable implementations.
• As a full-stack developer, you will work collaboratively across the Technology and Product organizations to ensure alignment towards business goals.
• Your qualifications include at least 2 years of progressive software development experience with significant product development expertise.
• You should have good knowledge of modern programming languages, application development frameworks, and container platforms like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Familiarity with application build, deployment, and monitoring tools, frameworks like CI/CD in Jenkins, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc., is also desirable.
• You must possess strong programming skills, be able to read and understand code, and develop necessary tools.
• Able to work within established large codebases and process frameworks, proactive, self-motivated, and willing to improve on existing processes to allow for faster iterations.
• A good record of accomplishment of learning new tools and technologies is essential.
