About the Role B Rich is on the lookout for a passionate Software Development Engineer (SDE) to join our growing tech team. You’ll be working on high-impact projects that shape the future of branding, marketing tech, and automation platforms.

Core Requirements Strong proficiency in MERN Stack :

MongoDB

Express.js

React.js

Node.js

Ability to build RESTful APIs and full-stack web applications

Good understanding of Git and version control workflows

Familiarity with Mongo

DB aggregation , schema design, and performance tuning

Bonus :

Knowledge of PHP or experience working with PHP-based applications

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack

Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to build smooth user experiences

Optimize application performance and scalability

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Debug issues and conduct regular testing and deployment cycles
