Job Purpose:
As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, they will be designing, developing, and implementing complex ServiceNow applications and integrations. Responsible for driving the development of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring meet business requirements, and providing technical guidance to junior developers.
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and modules.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Create and manage ServiceNow configurations, including incident management, problem management, change management, and other ITSM/ITOM/ITAM processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and support teams.
• Review and validate technical designs and code to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow.
Keyskills Required:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, including experience with ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
• Proficient in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and development tools.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and best practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration technologies.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and Certified Implementation Specialist preferred.
