• Develop and implement algorithms and models to correct addresses with incorrect or inconsistent formats.
• Identify and rectify data anomalies and errors related to address information.
• Collaborate with data engineers to integrate address correction solutions into our data pipelines.
• Design and implement fuzzy search algorithms and techniques to improve search results.
• Optimize search functionality to handle typographical errors, misspellings, and partial input.
• Work closely with the development team to integrate fuzzy search capabilities into our applications.
• Utilize machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques to enhance address correction and fuzzy search models.
• Train and fine-tune models to continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in ML and AI to incorporate cutting-edge approaches into your work.
• Collaborate with data quality teams to establish and maintain data quality standards.
• Develop automated processes for ongoing data validation and correction.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of data quality initiatives.
• Document all algorithms, models, and processes developed.
• Prepare regular reports and updates on the performance of address correction and fuzzy search solutions.
Required Skills/ Qualifications:
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Strong background in data pre-processing, data cleansing, and data transformation.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
