Job Description
A Growth Engineer at Abhibus is responsible for leading the development and execution of growth features using various Mar-tech tools to achieve the business goals. The Growth engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, design/UI-UX to run experiments, hack together workable modules that supports the business goals around acquisition, retargeting and retention.
Roles & Responsibility:
Core responsibility includes optimizing booking funnel by improving bookings to traffic ratio or installs to traffic ratio.
Implement growth-focused features on websites and apps
Analyze and interpret data & identify areas for improvement
Perform experiments to evaluate potential growth opportunities and inform product decisions include A/B testing use cases
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering
Increase app downloads from web & mobile web traffic
Work with SEO & Performance marketing teams to increase bookings & installs by improving landing pages
Experience & Requirements:
An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics.
1-3 years of experience, working with Full Stack Technologies.
Strong technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs & webhooks
Hands-on with Google Analytics, Tag manager, Clarity, firebase, adjust/branch, custom JS tools
Advanced knowledge of Javascript (ES6), Typescript, CSS3, HTML5, DOM.
JS design patterns and concepts of OOPS and functional programming in JS.
Fluent in responsive design and development for mobile and tablet devices.
Javascript testing frameworks: Integration and Unit TDD.
Must have knowledge of web vitals and cross-browser compatibility.
Experience of building high performance and scalable applications.
Practical in-depth knowledge of frontend build tools like webpack.
Good to Have – experience with Google and Apple play store APIs,Social Media APIs (twitter/fb etc), Slack/ Airtable/Notion APIs, Zapier or any other automation tools
