about the roleShould have extensive experience on Service Now tools Development & administrationExcellent understanding of IT service management and the ITIL business processProven development experience in ServiceNow MSP (Domain)Experience with web services APIs /Mid server/Integration with other instancesHands on Experince in JavaScript/web applications/client server applicationsServiceNow application customization using client scripts, Business Rules, UI Scripts etc.Application UI Configuration using Content Management/ Workflow ConfigurationMaintenance, administration and version standardization of Service NowKnowledge of web applications, email (SMTP, POP3) and active Directory, LDAPSupport in analyzing workflows and present solution possibilitiesKnowledge on Angular JS, CSS, HTML, PERL, PYTHON would be an added advantageKnowledge on Discovery and Orchestration would be an advantageabout youEngineering or Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent3 years working in a comparable software development role.Exposure to ServiceNow platform for atleast 2 years.Hands-on experience on declarative techniques - UI policy, system properties, email configurations, Roles, ACLsHands-on experience of working with script-based ServiceNow components such as business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI pages, UI Actions, Workflow etc. and Javascript (MUST)Experience of working with ServiceNow Glide objects such as GlideRecord, GlideSystem, GlideAggregate, GlideAjax etc.Expertise in coding efficient, object - oriented and modularized softwareExperience object oriented JavaScriptGood to have experience working with JavaScript libraries such as Angular, jQuery, and PrototypeGood knowledge of AJAX, JSON, XML, SOAP, REST and associated frameworks.ServiceNow Admin certification preferred
