Qualifications & Educational Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (B.Tech) or related discipline, with at least 2 years of development experience , preferably in R&D based teams Master's Degree in Computer Science(M.Tech/MCA) or related discipline, with at least 2 years of development experience preferably in R&D based teams Requirements Good in C/C++ programming, a good understanding of system programming in Linux Environment Good understanding and working knowledge in Linux OS internals Good debugging experience, both at user level (using GDB) and kernel level (using crash) Good understanding of different processor architectures like ARM / x86 etc., is a plus Strong data structure & algorithm.
Excellent hands-on experience in multithreaded programming and distributed systems Strong verbal and written communication skills Should have very good problem-solving skills Role & Responsibilities Responsible for supporting or enhancing or adding new features in PDE on all supported platforms Responsible for understanding the architecture and features in Teradata database and implementing efficiently in an agile software development environment.
Design, develop, code, test & debug system software Provide pre and post production support Analyze and solve issues in existing and new code.
Participate in team Scrum meetings, and interact with various stakeholders
