Job Description This position will be responsible for the lifecycle support of password credential vault services in a global, enterprise class environment. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, detail-oriented team player who enjoys working against aggressive delivery goals in a fast-paced, dynamic and technically complex environment. The successful candidate will also enjoy building and maintaining cross-organization relationships with a thirst for process simplification and end-user satisfaction, serving as a team evangelist and resource to our technical and business partners relating to credential vaulting and elevated privileged access. Responsibilities Deliver high level and low level design for plugins . Drive delivery of project and implementation support . Provide consulting services to peer Engineering, Operations, and Systems teams . Provide Level 3 / 4 CyberArk escalation support for plugins . Proactively work with internal partners to determine growth requirements and ensure proper capacity is seeded to meet that demand. . Provide governance support for product life cycle management which will include technology refresh and ensuring adherence to standards . Assists in planning regional budget and identifying critical budget needs for the region . Professional Competencies (Must Haves). Requirements . Education : B.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent preferred certifications if any - NA Experience - 2-4yrs Foundational skills . Python web api development . git / source code management . Application design . experience of different UNIX platforms in large heterogeneous environment. . Strong working knowledge of Microsoft's Active Directory infrastructure able to gather information requested . Understands typical Enterprise Change Management processes . Experience in Windows programming (.Net, VB Scripting, PowerShell, Administrative scripting) a plus . Relational database knowledge Desired skills: Strong self-starter. Must be able to take a task and manage it to completion. . Excellent oral and written communication. - Must be able to communicate at all organizational levels . Strong analytical skills. - Must be able to think outside the box . Leadership skills during technical troubleshooting triages . 2+ years experience with digital password vaulting solutions. . Powershell . Strong shell scripting and SQL development experience. . Develop and execute scripts / reports according to specification. experience with Windows Server Operating Systems . Agile .
