Develop innovative and features for new and existing products in order maintain a competitive edge in the HR tech marketplace
Acquires and utilizes basic business knowledge to support the applications

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Must have 1-3 years experience as a software engineer
SHould be a BE/BTech/ME /MTech/MCA
Proficiency in server-side languages such as Java/J2EE and Spring Boot(Mandatory), Python (Optional)
Proficiency in fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS (Mandatory), React (Optional)
Familiarity in messaging technologies such as Apache Kafka
Familiarity with database technology such as Oracle (Basic understanding - Mandatory) and MongoDB (Optional)
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Podman/Docker
Should have excellent communication skills.
Should be a very good team player.
Self-Driven, Great Problem Solver and excellent communication skills.
