Your Roles & Responsibilities
We at OpsLyft are looking for Software Development Engineer - I (Frontend) to work on building our frontend systems to create an incredible product experience.
We need our engineers to have a product mindset, design & build the systems end-to-end, and take complete ownership of it.
You will be working on multiple projects at the same time. Each project will cover the following responsibilities:
• Architecture design discussions with peers in the engineering team
• Writing proficient production grade code with tests and documentation
• Setting up deployments in production/staging environments using CI/CD
• Setting up uptime & reliability checks using our internal monitoring tools
• Do code reviews and conduct pair-programming exercises with other developers
What You Need
• 1-3 years of experience with a start-up mentality and a high willingness to learn
• Strong knowledge and experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• 1-3 years of experience in ReactJS or one modern MVC style JS Framework
• 1-3 years of experience in Node.js, GraphQL or one modern MVC style JS Backend Framework
• Deep understanding of the DOM and how the browser works
• Experience in building large scale pluggable UIs
• Excellent understanding of UX/UI design principles
• A belief in progress over perfection
