Job Description
Scope
As a Java Developer, the individual will be responsible for delivering clean, maintainable code while supporting the development of enterprise-grade applications. The individual will work closely with senior developers and consultants to implement technical solutions, and assist in troubleshooting. This role sits within a cross-functional product team made up of experienced engineers, QA specialists, and business consultants focused on building scalable software for high-impact clients.
Our current technical environment
The current technical environment is cloud-based, primarily hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and AWS. We use Java with Spring and Hibernate for backend services, and React with Bootstrap for the frontend. The architecture follows a microservices model, with integration via REST and SOAP APIs. Data solutions include Oracle, MariaDB, and SingleStore, with embedded AI and analytics using tools like TensorFlow, Tableau, and Power BI.
What you’ll do
Writing clean, maintainable Java code following best practices and standards.
Timely and accurate delivery of assigned coding and development tasks.
Effective collaboration with senior developers and consultants.
Proficiency in writing SQL queries and performing basic database operations.
Willingness and ability to quickly learn new technologies and business domains.
What we are looking for
BE/ME in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain
Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in software development in JAVA and related technologies.
Strong Object-Oriented Programming Skills
Strong analytical problem-solving skills
Experience with relational databases (preferably Oracle)
Core Java (like multi-threading, exception handling etc.)
