Process Overview
Customer Protection Technology (CPT) part of Client Facing Platform Technology(CFPT) develops integrated fraud prevention and detection technology solutions including fraud alerts, servicing, reporting and analytics across all consumer product channels. This team enables delivery of Fraud Detection services, building next generation fraud prevention infrastructure which will bring data across products and channels enabling customer centric analytics.
Job Description
Individual would be working as a Fraud Technology Quality Assurance (QA) team member supporting automation testing.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for System Integration Testing(SIT) across releases.
• Test Web based and Middleware Applications.
• Design Reusable Test Automation frameworks based on requirements using Selenium.
• Evaluating and bringing in the efficiency in existing testing process.
• Participate in meetings/walkthrough session/group meetings.
• Execute Functional and automation scripts, prepare execution reports and log defects and design automation frameworks.
