Data Service team is part of the DAIT (Data, Analytics and Insights Technology), DAIT is the SOR for all the Client and Account data. Data Services provides middle tier interface to all Account opening, Account maintenance, Profile maintenance user interfaces to perform profile and account maintenance.

Bank of America is looking to build out their application Development capabilities in India. The Development Manager will work side by side with business partners, development teams to ensure expected quality software is built to serve our customers and clients. They will be responsible for understanding the business requirements, Build/enhance application components to support the requirement, enabling testing organization to certify the application, Support technology infrastructure team in production deployment and transitioning to support team. Implementation of service-oriented architecture (SOA) and enterprise application Integration (EAI) using J2EE technology. Building architecture, design solutions for high volume transactional order. Design and development of B2B applications. Enhance, debug and support our existing Mule APIs. Working on RAML, XML, XSD, XSLT and JSON. Expose and consume REST and SOAP services, On-premise and cloud base deployment and Gateway API management. Code versioning using Bit-Bucket.
Responsibilities
• Understanding the business requirements, Build/enhance application components to support the requirement, enabling testing organization to certify the application.
• Support technology infrastructure team in production deployment and transitioning to support team.
• Articulate ideas and solutions to executives and propose strategic solutions and roadmap.
• Create business requirement and solution (system) requirement documents.
• Work closely with other stakeholders like technology, architecture, and testing and change management to deliver the solutions.

• B.E./ B Tech / M.E./M Tech.
• M.C.A [with B.Sc., B Com, BBM).
• M.Sc. (Computer Science, IT, S/W, Mathematics, Electronics, Physics, Statistics).
• Certifications If Any: Na.
Experience Range
• 04 to 07 Years.
Foundational Skills
• Technology – Java/J2EE/Spring API Development.
• Strong knowledge in OOPS, design principles and design patterns.
• Should be currently working Java Application Development teams.
• Experience in Oracle SQL and Stored Procedure.
• Business/Integration Tier Frameworks – Spring, Hibernate.
• Web services, SOAP/REST.
• DevOps, build/deploy tools.
• Exposure to Agile methodology.
• Hands on experience on REST and SOAP services.
• Hands on experience on RAML, XML, XSD and JSON.
Desired Skills
• SQL Stored Procedures.
• Experience in building frameworks.
• Able to identify risks and mitigation.
• Global Financial Crimes and Compliance implementation strategies.
• Experience in implementing Operational Support Systems.
