Employee Experience Technology team provides technology solutions to support the Chief Administrative Office, Internal Technology and Global Human Resources Organizations. The key functions performed are master planning, vendor management, business engagement, application design & development, and application life-cycle planning. The CAO Group is responsible for strategic and operational priorities that support our company's eight lines of business.
Job Description
Developer with knowledge of Tibco Data Virtualization, Experience in API layers for internal/external stakeholders Using REST/SOAP to deliver standardized data. Experience in various databases preferably Oracle, exposure to UNIX & ETL tools. Good communication is required. Candidate should be proactive and should be able to handle tasks/activities independently. Key responsibilities include.
Responsibilities
• Ability to analyze, conceptualize and create end to end technical design and mapping documents
• Experience in Data Virtualization tools as Tibco Data Virtualization.
• Experience in API Layers for internal/external stakeholders using REST/SOAP to deliver standardized data.
• Exceptional SQL skills, Proficient in working with large datasets
• Understanding of database internals
• Comfortable working in Windows/ Unix environment
• Ability to perform end to end testing
• Develop solutions with performance and quality in mind the first time around
• Experience in ETL tools preferably Informatica
• Demonstrated ability with creative, out of the box thinking to solve complex technical solutions
• Contribute to story refinement/defining requirements
• Participate in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle.
• Understand and utilizes basic architecture components in solution development.
• Work across development teams to understand and aid in the delivery of data requirements
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural
• Document and communicate required information for deployment, maintenance, support, and business functionality.
• Adhere to team delivery/release process and cadence pertaining to code deployment and release.

Experience Range
4-6 Years
Foundational Skills
• Strong hands-on design and development experience in Tibco Data Virtualization
• Experience in API Layers for internal/external stakeholders using REST/SOAP to deliver standardized data.
• Good hands-on experience with various databases – Oracle/Exadata, SQL server
• Good hands-on experience with Unix scripting, Database tools like TOAD, SQL Developer and any Job scheduler tools etc.
• Working experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL
• Experience working with Agile Methodology
• Strong problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills
Desired skills
• Project management tool JIRA and Version Control tools Github, Bitbucket – will be an added advantage
• Working experience with Oracle Exadata
• Working experience with ETL Informatica
• Self-starter capability, ability to acquire new skills autonomously
• Able to interact and co-ordinate with distributed & Cross-functional teams
