• Should be very strong hands on Python developer.
• Primary responsibility would be to design, develop / enhance and support bank internal applications.
• Work closely with Product Owner and users to design solutions by looking into product backlog.
• Build excellent relationships across technology and user communities within the group.
• Deliver high quality code to meet application standards.
• Coordinate with global business users during entire project / program.
• Follow Scrum process & able to focus on Operational Excellence.
• Proven team player with the ability to foster a team environment.
• Effectively communicates relevant project information to Seniors, Peers and Team Members.
• Should have worked in Agile Environment and understand Scrum model
• Should be able to Support the product during India Hours
• Banking, Markets, Risk domain knowledge would be added advantage.
• Work experience in banking/financial development or support would be added advantage.
• Knowledge on cloud, ML/AI, Data science would be added advantage
