Software Engineer II | SAP Security and GRC Application

Job Summary As a Software Engineer II at JPMorgan Chase, with the Finance Technology team which is aligned to Finance Risk Data and Controls Team , you are part of an agile team that works to enhance, design, and deliver the software components of the firm’s state-of-the-art technology products in a secure stable, and scalable way. As an emerging member of a software engineering team, you execute software solutions through the design, development, and technical troubleshooting of multiple components within a technical product, application, or system, while gaining the skills and experience needed to grow within your role. Job responsibilities: • Design, write, comment and unit test code to confirm software modules are of the highest quality​. • Write test cases, leverage unit and integration testing, develop functionality and automation​ • Should be able to manage communications and hold discussions with clients, customers and stake holders and work independently with minimal supervision. • Strong project management and organizational skills. • Ability to adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while working under deadlines • Participate in scrum team stand-ups, code reviews and other ceremonies, contribute to task completion and blocker resolution within your team​ • Participate in design and develop scalable and resilient systems in a timely manner. • Maintain technical acumen by pursuing formal and informal learning opportunities about technology, JPMorgan Chase products, and financial services​ • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities, to improve delivery flow across product and technology​ Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills • GRC 10.1 / 12.0 Implementation and Support • 5+ years of Experience in SAP GRC Access control implementation for version 10.1 / 12.0 (ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM, UAR). • Understanding of Segregation of Duties Framework and enforcement using ARA and other tools. • Proficient in SAP Security/Role Management/User Administration for SAP ECC, BI (BW), BPC, S4 HANA. • Proficient in FIORI Security Implementation for S4 HANA. • Experience of working with Audit, Regulatory and Compliance groups. • Flexible to work during APAC/EMEA hours as needed. Collaborate with teams in multiple regions and time zones​. • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities, to improve delivery flow across product and technology​ Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills • Experience on HANA DB Security / SAP GRC Upgrade or both. • SAP Security Certified Resource will be preferred. • Experience with GRC 10.1/12.0 process Control Module • Working knowledge on SAP Cloud based components. • Ability to work with Industry standard RPA solutions
