As a member of our Software Engineering Group you will dive head-first into creating innovative solutions that advance businesses. You'll join an inspiring and curious team of technologists dedicated to improving the design, analytics, development, coding, testing and application programming that goes into creating high quality software products for automation testing.
Job Responsibilities
• Executes standard software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting
• Writes secure and high-quality code using the syntax of at least one programming language with limited guidance
• Designs, develops, codes, and troubleshoots with consideration of upstream and downstream systems and technical implications
• Applies knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain to improve the value realized by automation
• Applies technical troubleshooting to break down solutions and solve technical problems of basic complexity
• Gathers, analyzes, and draws conclusions from large, diverse data sets to identify problems and contribute to decision-making in service of secure, stable application development
• Learns and applies system processes, methodologies, and skills for the development of secure, stable code and systems
• Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
• Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines and understanding of architecture and design across all systems
• Working proficiency in developmental toolsets, Core Java, Maven, Selenium, Cucumber, Python, CICD.
• Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
• Proficiency in automation design and framework development
• Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvement
• Working with the local Automation team manager to create, automated test cases.
• Building and maintaining good working relationships with Application Development, QA, Operations and Business.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies
• Exposure to cloud technologies
• Advantageous to have Knowledge of AWS, Sprint Boot/Rest Services.
