Job Summary
As a Software Engineer III in Global and Investment Corporate Banking in J P Morgan Chase you will be working on the syndication/trading applications for equity, fixed-income, and leveraged finance that are currently going through a major expansion using cutting edge browser (HTML5)/server technologies. The platform is primary used globally by syndication/sales desk for launching IPO's like Facebook, Snapchat, Alibaba and issuing multibillion dollar bonds. The employee will be working on number of initiatives such as building deal search engines using elastic, Extension of REST APIs to publish Deal documentation to Investors and communicating deal progress with borrower/issuer via mobile application.
Job Responsibilities
• Works with the team to develop smart and scalable solutions and provide a solid experience for our users.
• Solid technical skills and experience in building highly reactive web application using full web technology stack
• Required to develop an understanding of our products and the problems we are attempting to solve and go beyond working from requirements.
• Expected to help building the system and produce the artifact as per the Agile process.
• Bring us what no one else has - a fresh perspective that sets associate apart from the pack.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
• Formal training, or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience
• Java 8 and above
• Oracle, Spring boot,cloud,config,Integration
• Kafka
• Docker and Microservices
• Distributed Caching like Hazelcast, Gemfire
• Agile

• Understanding of financial products
• AWS knowledge
