About the role:
Forcepoint is looking for a Software Engineer responsible for providing Technical support to Sales, Presales, Sales Engineering and Customer success team for PoC & Production support for Remote Browser Isolation. The candidate should have a sound Cybersecurity, Networking, linux, Kubernetes and Docker knowledge with demonstrated experience in understanding complex requirements and delivering efficient and reliable solutions. The candidate should be a team player, showing respect to colleagues in your communication and contributions, and aiming for collective success.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, design, develop and test software systems / applications for software enhancements and new products.
• Possess wide-ranging experience, using professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
• Frequently contribute to the development of new ideas, methods and/or theories.
• Develop resolutions to complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors that require frequent use of creativity.
• Exercise judgement in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
• Networking with key contacts outside own area of expertise including user experience and product management.
• Determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel.
• Demonstrable experience within software & web development.
