Job Summary
As a Software Engineer III at JPMorgan Chase, you serve as a seasoned member of an agile team to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm's business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
• Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
• Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
• Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
• Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
• Passionate about building an innovative culture
• Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages
• Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
• Strong commitment to technical quality assurance as a key part of the software development cycle.
• Ability to build automation framework and automated tests along with functional qualification of the release.
• 3+ years of experience using Python, JavaScript or Java.
• 3+ years of experience with XCode, Android Studio, Jenkins, SQL, JSON, XML
• Experience in writing test automation frameworks for REST services
• Experience with Mobile Automation tools such as Appium, XCUITest or Espresso
• Proven understanding of Internet Protocols TCP/IP, HTTP and HTTPS
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies
