Job Description Summary:
The Software Engineer-III designs, develops, troubleshoots, and debugs software programs for software enhancements and new products. Develops software tools including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases, and Internet-related tools. Determines software's compatibility with hardware and/or influences software's design in relation to hardware.

Job Overview:
The Software Engineer-III designs, develops, troubleshoots, and debugs software programs for software enhancements and new products.Develops software tools including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases, and Internet-related tools.Determines software's compatibility with hardware and/or influences software's design in relation to hardware.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Good understanding of computer science fundamentals: algorithms, data structures, etc. acquired from education and/or experience. Should have worked with enterprise products for 5+ yearsKnowledge of build and CICD tools like Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Bamboo is mandatoryShould have knowledge of C, C++, containerization, AWS, Azure platformsGood understanding of Windows and UNIX internals - shell scripting, debugging and fixing OS specific issuesShould be a problem-solver, ready to work on any technology and resolve issues for the team and for customers.Sound design skills required.Should be able to present designs to the team, Product Managers and other stakeholdersShould lead sprint demos, accept feedback and provide a path to take that feedback into the future sprintsShould be able to motivate, guide and take juniors in the team along to implement featuresProficient at complex programming & knowledge of standard data structure and algorithms. Make recommendations for each when solving technical problems. Excellent programmer having strong skills in Java, Spring, and UI Technologies
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Able to present a track record of software development in the real world.
• Mastery of one or more programming languages.
• Excellent code designing skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Writes code faster than the average developer.
• Outstanding quality with few bugs in generated code.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
