Job Description
As a global production oversight lead, you will be responsible for managing the WKO KYC remediation book of work, coordinating analysis on population and impact. You will also be responsible for executing root cause analysis and working on solutions from end to end. You will engage partnership across our compliance, operations, technology, and product teams to establish and deliver scalable processes and controls leveraging strategic infrastructure and intelligent automation solutions to meet the Firm’s regulatory obligations. You will provide support to North America stakeholders, while partnering with your peers on global and other regional specific matters, including leading adhoc projects, assisting in reporting, and automation of controls.
Job Responsibilities
Investigate and analyze emerging issues, perform root cause analysis, and work with WKO teams to define and execute plans to resolve the issues
Support Global Production Oversight and WKO teams on the development and implementation of tools for automation of processes and controls
Coordinate with regional/global teams to manage execution of remediation items in line with defined timelines and ensure consistency across regions
Partner with Compliance, Policy and Procedures on identified policy or process gaps or clarification as needed
Contribute to ad hoc projects with the objective to improve the overall quality of the Know Your Client (KYC) framework
Advise on and continually reassess key risks and appropriateness of controls to ensure timely identification of significant risks and issues to support an evolving business & regulatory environment
Coordinate case prioritization, capacity planning, and assignment with our Global KYC Middle Office teams

Job responsibilities
Participate in design and develop scalable and resilient systems in a timely manner using Python, Pyspark and SparkSQL to contribute to continual, iterative improvements for product teams
Design, write, comment and unit test code to confirm software modules are of the highest quality
Participate in scrum team stand-ups, code reviews and other ceremonies, contribute to task completion and blocker resolution within your team
Handle critical and time sensitive concurrent tasks with supervision and properly escalate situations as appropriate
Write test cases, leverage unit and integration testing, develop functionality and automation
Maintain technical acumen by pursuing formal and informal learning opportunities about technology, JPMorgan Chase products, and financial services
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities, to improve delivery flow across product and technology
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Formal training, or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience Hand’s-on proficient experience in Python,Pyspark and SparkSQL, AWS / Public Cloud
Should have experience in S3, Lambda, AWS Glue, Glue Data Catalogue, AWS Athena, Redshift, EMR
Willing and able to learn the investment banking business, fully understand how and why tasks satisfy business needs and support the transformation to ‘Digital Investment Bank’
Optimize applications for performance and scalability
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Collaborate with global-located cross functional team and stakeholders
A delivery focused approach to work and the ability to work as part of team and also independently when required
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing and operational stability
Experience in developing, debugging and maintaining code in an enterprise environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages
