Software Engineer - IIT/ NIT/ IIIT/ BITS ( Computer science)- Build innovative products

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Software Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and impactful products that delight our users. Ideal candidates possess strong problem-solving skills, a passion for learning, and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the Trials experience, from initial user onboarding to successful conversion.

• Introduce and implement groundbreaking features like Trial Ingresses and personalized Workspaces to enhance the trial experience.

• Work closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, define clear product requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.

• Implement high-quality code, participate in code reviews, and actively contribute to improving the overall platform's stability and maturity.

• Be part of an on-call rotation to ensure the smooth and uninterrupted functioning of our platform.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in building and delivering enterprise-grade software products.

• Deeply passionate about solving user problems and creating intuitive, user-friendly products.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, best practices, and modern development methodologies.
