Performance Tester : -SDET III

Responsibilities :
• Having extensive experience in leading Performance Testing activities, preferably with Apache Jmeter and K6.
• Develop Performance Test Plan / Strategy for all NFR requirements.
• Prepare and execute performance test scripts, focusing on different types of performance testing (Stress, Volume, Load, etc.

to meet business requirements.
• Utilize ElasticSearch, Kibana, Grafana, or Prometheus for performance monitoring.
• Experience in performance testing and monitoring Kubernetes / Microservices.
• Apply expertise in Agile Methodology for streamlined testing workflows.
• Ensure all testing activities are completed and signed off for deployment readiness.
• Monitor project health in terms of SLAs, KPIs, risk indicators, and process metrics.
• Excellent understanding in the use of DevOps / CICD tools, GitHub Actions / workflow, use of tools like Jenkins, Splunk, understanding of NV concepts, etc.
• Experience in client-side Performance Profiling / Tuning / Testing
• Drives coordination with SMEs and different teams like Infrastructure, network, development, Sales and Business teams.

Skills Required :
• Must have 5+ years of relevant experience in Performance Testing related activities.
• Strong hands-on experience on performance testing tools like JMeter, K6 etc.
• Strong hands-on experience on APM tools Dynatrace, Azure Application Insight to evaluate performance and identify / troubleshoot issues and tune AUT is required, along with cloud-native app testing / monitoring knowledge.
• Knowledge of microservices reliability architecture and development
• Strong knowledge containerization using Docker & Kubernetes, REST, Microservices
• Understanding in the use of DevOps / CICD tools, GitHub Actions / workflow, use of tools like Jenkins, Splunk, understanding of NV concepts, etc.
• Additional Skills : API, Jenkins CI / CD Integration, Database Knowledge (SQL, ORACLE etc.), Version Control Github and Jira.

Qualification : BS / MS / MCA, BCA in Computer Science or equivalent
