You’ll be fully supported and mentored by an experienced colleague in your team By the end of the internship, you’ll have built something real and presented it to your team and the wider org. We design your projects to be ambitious but achievable. Movie teams will use what you create.
When do we hire interns?
In 2026 we will offer Winter and Summer internships.
Where are internships based?
We host interns in our office,Hyderabad. As our program grows, it can be moved to fully remote.
Do we hire interns after graduation?
A major purpose of the internship program is to give you the opportunity to explore whether Crafter is a place you want to work after graduation.
How long are these internships?
Most internships are 12 or 16 weeks, though in some cases we may offer a longer program.
Qualifications
•
Strong Technical acumen
•
A strong work ethic, and an eagerness to jump in and help fix things
•
Curiosity about how things work and tenacity to learn
•
Self-awareness and a desire to improve your skills
•
Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and empathy
•
Expertise in these areas is a huge plus, but having a familiarity with other common web languages (such as Python or Ruby) and other relational databases are fine substitutes
•
You will use React / Javascript / CSS (Web Frontend), Python (Backend),
•
Responsibilities

Your days at Crafter will be spent collaborating with and contributing to your team
•
You will be assigned real projects and make an impact, all while receiving mentorship from amazing engineers on your teams
•
You will go through global onboarding, engineering-specific training, and intern-specific onboarding to ensure you are set up for success
