TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Contribute in DevOps for increasing team productivity
• Establishing best practices, defining app structure & database architecture
• Have working knowledge of elastic search and ajax-search
• Well versed with Google APIs, implementation to ensure smooth UI on website
• Proficient with caching solutions and asynchronous tasks
• Responsible for code deployment
• Defining contracts with backend for consuming APIs
• Identifying and correcting bottlenecks and fix bugs
• [A] KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Building a marketplace website based on the given requirements while ensuring it’s successfully deployment
• Responsible for designing, planning, and testing new web pages and site features
• Collaborate with the team of designers, content managers, and developers to determine site goals, functionality, and layout and ensure that all specifications and requirements are met during development
• Contribute to all stages of product development
• Troubleshoot and solve problems related to website functionality
• Takes ownership of initiatives and driving them to completion
• Desire to learn and dive deep into new technologies on the job, like code robustness/efficiency, latest data structures and leveraging open source systems
• Responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing REST APIs
• Create website content and enhance website usability and visibility
• Ensure code’s cross-browser compatibility and rigorous testing for different device responsiveness
• Ability to integrate payment gateways for minimal failure rates
• Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and the latest coding practices
• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
• Design robust client-side and server-side architecture
• Architect and design complex database structures and data models
• Develop backend systems to support scalable and high-performance web applications
• Design, create and implement test to ensure low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
• Keen attention to security and data privacy measures and implementation throughout the development process
• Maintain a detailed changelog for all new features added, updated (library, framework etc.), and fixed bugs
[B] EDUCATION & SKILLS REQUIREMENT
• B.Tech. / BE / MS in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Proficiency in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
• Working experience in web development or full stack development [preferred]
• Should have worked in creating backend and have deep understanding of frameworks
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, flutter, nextJs, nodejs, mongodb, expressJs, reactjs, react native, figma, redux, postgreSQL, HTML, CSS, JQuery, JSON
• Proficiency in data structures, databases, including analytical (e.g., mySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis, Hive, Elastic etc.)
• Knowledge of architecting or implementing search APIs
• Great understanding of data modeling and RESTful APIs
• Strong analytical, consultative, and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design (Web, Mobile & App)
• Should be a self starter and have ability to work with minimal or no supervision
• Excellent testing, debugging and optimization skills
• Highly passionate about building products that create a significant impact in user lives
