SE-Java Backend Responsibilities:
• Identify implementation related edge cases and proactively suggest solutions to address the findings
• Ensure implementation of best practices in development.
• Detailed estimation of features post FS final approval
• Continuous Transformation - Help Build platform level tested and proven libraries that can reduce the development life cycle time and quality
• Identifying evolving technical solutions for new business challenges
Tech Skills
• 2 - 3 years of Backend Design Development Experience with an understanding of Project Management processes and best practices
• Design thinking (engineering problem solutioning and ability to implement using tools)
• Hands on work experience with object-oriented programming.
• 2-Years of Java, Spring Boot, Maven, MySQL, Elasticsearch, Git.
• Experience of minimum 1 yr. in Object Modelling Class Diagram, UML, Object Diagrams.
• Experience of minimum 2 yrs. in RDBMS ERD Modelling.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
• Effective communication (verbal and written) and relationship skills with engineering groups
• Continuous Integration (Jenkins)
Nice to Have:
• JIRA
• Experience in Data Engineering & Data Architecting.
• Experience in 3rd Party - Workflow Engines & Notification Engines.
• Experience in Integration across multiple platforms, Applications
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
