Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Looker Developer having command over Agile and JIRA with 3 to 6 years' experience on data engineering projects in Bangalore. Who is flexible to do self-learning, self-explore and build the solutions and should not look for somebody to build solutions and give it for executions.
Technical Skills:
· Excellent understanding & hands on experience on Looker.
· Experience on other visualization tools would be an added advantage.
· Knowledge of Advanced Excel is a must
· Strong experience in JIRA Project management, Dashboard creations.
· Knowledge on JIRA – Looker connections and data sync process
· Good understanding on the Project Delivery Metrics and KPI’s
· Proficient in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with proven experience in design, analysis and development stages.
· Exposer on Agile Software Development Life Cycle Model
· Provides recommendations to technical staff, documentation, solutions, processes, Data/Metrics Analysis
· Create new dashboards or improve existing dashboards which reflects delivery metrics and KPI.
· Ability to set up data cleansing & correction algorithms for cleaning up data prior to transferring the data into the database
· Experience in handling big data & multiple databases
Responsible :
• Develop Data quality rules using SQL. Performance tuning and optimization
• Collaborate with different global team members to understand the business requirements & convert them into technical terms and dashboards
• Data profiling, Data Analysis
Process Skills:
· Agile development methodologies

• Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written both in English) and independent problem-solving skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Ability to be learn and apply new processes and tools
