What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Low Code Developer to join our team at Hunch.The Low Code Developer will be responsible for leading and driving continuous improvement initiatives within Hunch. If you're passionate about low-code solutions, process and system automation, and enhancing business processes, this role could be an ideal fit for you. This role involves identifying process inefficiencies, analyzing data, implementing process improvements, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. They will collaborate with various departments to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and optimize overall business processes.

About the Role:
Process Analysis and Improvement:
• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Utilize process mapping and other analytical tools to visualize and streamline workflows.
Design, develop, optimize and maintain efficiency-enhancing business process automation systems such as:
• End to End Bug Resolution System with Turn around Time (TAT) integration & escalation: bots for reporting bugs from the Slack and Hunch app, coming together on Coda (a tool similar to Notion). This is a tool having the ability to identify similar bugs, and group them together, and allows users do the checks w.r.t steps to reproduce the bugs, and assign it to the right team for resolution, along with TAT based accountability which means automation via Slack/ Email notifications and eventually escalation. This requires an understanding of how to carry out integrations through APIs to enhance the automation of bugs logging, reporting and tracking.
• Device and data security tools with our databases and systems.
• People management tools used for employee onboarding, payroll management, performance reviews, recruitment workflows, and candidate screening & tracking, ensuring seamless and efficient People operations.
• Monitoring and ensuring integration of moderation tools used by Hunch for content moderation.
• Improving the Product Team's Product Requirement Document (PRD) System with TAT integration & Escalation mechanisms built in.
• User Engagement Metrics Dashboard such that key metrics like DAU, MAU, engagement rate, etc. are pulled real-time through Mixpanel and Clevertap. Also, set up alerts to be sent to stakeholders’ emails when certain thresholds are crossed.
• Content Performance Dashboard in Coda that tracks the performance of various types of content, such as blog posts, videos, and social media posts, integrated with SEO and social media analytics tools.
• Websites/ Help Centres for Hunch and group of companies.
• Automated Weekly Reporting System on Slack that automatically generates and sends weekly performance reports to stakeholders, pulling data from various dashboards and tracking systems.
• A Marketing ROI Dashboard in Coda: A comprehensive dashboard that tracks the ROI of various marketing campaigns, integrated with Google Analytics and other marketing tools.
What You'll Do:
• Ability to use APIs from multiple sources for internal and external integration.
• Work closely with developers of the Hunch app to ensure seamless integration of backend systems of the product with the Efficiency Systems developed.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement design-driven solutions to ensure optimal system responsiveness and speed.
• Implement and maintain security protocols, ensuring that all backend systems are designed with user safety and data protection in mind.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to understand design requirements and deliver backend solutions that enhance user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest backend design trends, technologies, best practices, and industry standards to introduce innovative solutions and enhancements.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive design documentation for the processes and systems developed, APIs, etc. to facilitate team collaboration and future development.
Must haves:
• Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in developing systems to enhance operational efficiency of the business, with a focus on system designs, automation, processes, reporting, etc
• Time Management: Exceptional time management skills, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and juggling multiple tasks.
• Advanced Excel skills: Ability to create dashboards using complex formulas on excel.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, etc. . especially in the context of API integrations.
• Learning Agility: Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies, leveraging resources like YouTube tutorials and online courses.
• Design Understanding: Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles and their impact on user experience.

• Bot Creation, Deployment, and Maintenance: Experience in creating, deploying, and maintaining bots for various functionalities.
• Experience with SDK Tools: Ability to design and develop custom applications or integrations using SDK tools.
• Data Structure and View Optimization: Capability to design, manage, and optimize data structures and views, such as kanban boards, calendars, and charts.
• Basic Web Development Concepts: Basic understanding of web development concepts, including HTTP methods and web protocols, with an emphasis on backend design principles.
Nice-to-haves:
• Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in design collaboration: Ability to collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design mockups and prototypes into functional backend systems and APIs.

• Cross-Platform Integration Success: A metric to evaluate the success of integrating various platforms and tools, such as AWS, Clevertap, Mixpanel, Gmail, Slack, etc., into the workflow.
• User Experience Metrics: Metrics that gauge the impact of the Platform Engineer's contributions on end-user experience, including app load times, bug incidence rates, and user satisfaction surveys.
• Bot Performance Index: An evaluation of the bots' effectiveness in automating tasks, improving user engagement, and reducing manual workload.
• Bug Resolution Score: This will assess the effectiveness of the bug resolution system, including TAT adherence, escalation effectiveness, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Documentation Completeness Index: A measure of the completeness and accessibility of all internal documentation, including system designs, API documentation, and user guides.
