Primary Responsibilities: Own building, deploying & productionizing cutting edge and SOTA deep learning models that power AI across all Eightfold products Do it responsibly to provide equal opportunity for everyone by extending our internal model fairness platform Own the system end-to-end from formulating the problem, coming up with a solution, executing it, deploying it, and then monitoring it Work with various product teams to apply deep learning as relevant Qualifications: Solid foundation in Machine Learning & Deep Models Experience in NLP Deep models like BERT, Transformer architectures, etc. are a plus Excellent coding skills in any object-oriented language Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals to develop a scalable system Being hands on to extend Eightfold's AI platform Ability to work cross-functionally & interface with data science experts across Eightfold customer base ,
