Piper Companies is seeking a Software Engineer Project Manager to join an established Electronics Manufacturing company located in Framingham, Massachusetts . This position is Hybrid , and requires you to be onsite Tuesday-Thursday. The Software Engineer Project Manager will spearhead the development of cutting-edge automotive experiences.

Responsibilities of the Software Engineer Project Manager:
• Promote alignment and teamwork among software development teams and internal stakeholders to design, build, test and deliver software efficiently and with top notch quality.
• Take charge of delivering enabling technologies, handling interdependencies and mitigating risks.
• Cultivate connections with technical experts, stakeholders, and senior management.

Qualifications of the Software Engineer Project Manager:

• Capability to imitate and maintain crucial partnership engagements
• Background in overseeing firmware suppliers and collaborating with third-party development partners.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and navigating the complexities of hybrid agile/waterwall approaches
• Prior software development and test experience with embedded applications, C, C++, MATLAB, or Python is a plus.
• Automotive and ASPICE experience is a plus.
• Bachelors Degree in relevant engineering discipline or Masters Degree.

Compensation for the Software Engineer Project Manager:

Salary Range: 140,000-175,000 **depending on experience**
