Roles and Responsibilities:
• Architect and design scalable, high-performance GIS solutions using ESRI technologies.
• Design and configure ArcGIS Enterprise deployments, including server infrastructure, load balancing, and high availability.
• Develop and maintain web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular, React, or VueJS.
• Implement data visualization techniques and represent geospatial data effectively.
• Utilize ArcGIS API for JavaScript, Python scripting, and other programming languages used in GIS development.
• Deploy and manage GIS solutions in cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Integrate GIS solutions with enterprise-level IT infrastructure, including databases, networking, security, and system integration.
• Work with geospatial data formats (e.g., Shapefiles, GeoJSON, WMS, WFS).
• Apply UI design principles, usability, and accessibility standards in GIS applications.
• Use SCM tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Sonar, and Wiz.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Solve complex GIS challenges independently or with minimal assistance.
Skills Required:
• 5+ years of GIS experience, with a focus on mid-level expertise.
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate across cross-functional technology teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities to address complex GIS challenges.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with ESRI's ArcGIS platform, including ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Proficiency in web front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular, React, or VueJS.
• Familiarity with data visualization techniques and geospatial data representation.
• Strong understanding of GIS concepts, data models, geodatabases, and spatial analysis.
