Job Description
Flexera AdminStudio, Wise Package Studio, Advance Installer
Proficient in Application Packaging (MSI - Windows Installer technology) using AdminStudio Installshield/Wise Studio and Standard Operating Environments.
Good knowledge on VB Scripting, Powershell Scripting.
Experience on AppDeploy Toolkit and creation of custom functions in it.
Hands-on experience of troubleshooting/diagnostic tools like Pictaker, Repackager, InstallRite, Process Monitor, FileMon, Dependency Walker, etc.
Experience in evaluating the end-user requirements and integrating the applications as per requirements following the Best Practices.
Good in creating silent installation using VBS, Batch scripting and PowerShell scripts
Excellent troubleshooting skills on Windows 10/Windows 11 platforms.
Knowledge of ticketing and workflow tool like Service Now.
Good to have experience in AppX Packages, SCCM and Intune
Knowledge on Microsoft App-V Management Studio (Optional)
Coordinate with clients to gather technical requirements for Integration (Packaging) and setting up the guidelines and standards documents for Packaging processes.
Validate the Application Package for Internal Consistency errors using Packaging tools and troubleshooting accordingly.
Perform Quality analysis for the Applications packaged using MSI Technology and delivering an error free package to the Customer.
Ensure that the package complies with all client Standards, Good Knowledge on ITIL.
Should be able to provide technical assistance/SME Support to projects.
