Job Description
Candidate will work as part of a delivery focused, talented software development team located across 4 global locations and using cutting edge software development techniques and technologies, following the best practices of the industry. You will benefit from an execution driven culture in a group of highly qualified software professionals. You will work closely with Research counterpart to automate & deliver highly custom Innovate Faster pipeline.
• Develop scalable applications using Core Java with strong focus on data structures, concurrency, and OOP.
• Apply modern design patterns and best practices to build robust systems.
• Automate Index Calculation Algorithms in partnership with Research teams.
• Contribute across the full software development lifecycle.
• Design and deploy AI/ML solutions for automation, anomaly detection, and knowledge systems.
• Leverage LLMs and generative AI to enhance workflows, virtual assistants, and self-service tools.
• Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise-grade Java systems.
• Build scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
• Develop AI-driven workflows that orchestrate tasks across systems via APIs.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work well with others.
• Initiative to follow through on projects to completion.
• Ability to work closely with Research partner.
• Min 3+ years of In depth knowledge of Core Java, data structures, concurrency.
• Hands on experience in various AI based development tools
• Prior exposure to Python.
• Ability to apply complex software design patterns using the latest Java technologies.
• Good understanding of Oracle, PL/SQL.
• Working knowledge of ML, NLP, and generative AI (LLMs such as GPT, BERT)
• Proficiency in Python (NumPy, pandas, etc) – Good-to-have
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, containerization, and data pipelines
• AI-first development approach
• High ownership and adaptability in fast-paced environments (including flexibility to support business outside regular working hours)
• Ability to perform independent work as well as teamwork, including partnership with business stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate issues clearly and concisely to peers, senior management and clients.
• Prior working experience of working in financial domain.
