Job Description & Role Requirements :
o 3-8 years’ experience in Application Support and Maintenance
o Past experience with Application Maintenance & Support projects
o Past experience with Tier 1/Tier 2 IT companies will be an added advantage
o Experience of working in global teams spread across geographies
o Prior experience of working on any of the ticketing tools like Remedy, Service Now would be a plus
o ITIL® Foundation certification a plus.
o Adhere to the process and standards set within the department.
o Ensure quality in all deliverables.
o Perform functional release deployments & configuration changes as per Business requirements.
o SIT/UAT Testing post release deployments.
o Work on compliances & Risk Management for assigned applications.
o To adhere to the coding, documentation and source control standards set within the department.
o To ensure quality in all deliverables.
o Work with different teams to facilitate the deployments.
o Work with limited supervision
Technical Skills :
o Working Knowledge of Java, XML & API concepts.
o Working Knowledge of Windows & Linux/ Unix Operating systems.
o Working Knowledge of Middleware/Apache Tomcat.
o Working Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server & Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
o Understanding of Web and Windows series architecture.
o Demonstrable experience or understanding of the development/support of Workflow and Document Management applications.
General Skills :
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi task and liaise with multiple stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build professional relationships
• Ability to work in team across multiple projects and multiple geographies
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities

• Knowledge of processes & best practices within the team & industry
