Job Summary:
We seek a passionate Software Engineer to help us build the next generation data analytics platform and maintain existing products and services used by thousands of companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Develop Software Solutions: Research, construct, develop, and test computer application software or systems.
Analyze User Needs and Design Software: Understand user requirements and create software that meets their needs.
Maintain and Debug Software: Ensure computer applications software and systems are functioning properly and debug issues as they arise.
Evaluate and Adapt Software: Assess new and existing software to adapt it to new hardware or upgrade interfaces and improve performance.
Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work with cross-functional teams to achieve timely results and interact with various areas of the organization.
Consult with Customers: Provide project status updates and advise customers on technical issues.
Ensure Compliance and Demonstrate Core Values: Uphold HIPAA regulations and requirements and demonstrate commitment to the company's core values.
Note: High Risk Role: Due to exposure of PHI sensitive data, this role is considered high risk.
Ongoing Responsibilities: Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary.
Job Scope:
Work under supervision to construct and develop somewhat complex programming systems to support customers' application systems, relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Compensation:
This position is eligible for health insurance, 401k, and bonus opportunity. Salary range: $+5K to $100K, with specific offers based on education, experience, skills, work location, and internal equity.
