ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

Monday - Friday 11.00 AM to 8.00 PM Indian Standard Time
d. Minimum qualification
Any bachelor’s degree.
e. Responsibilities
1. Administration and configuration of ServiceNow instances for our international customers.
2. Application development on ServiceNow using JavaScript, Jelly script, HTML and CSS.
3. Testing ServiceNow applications and configuration to ensure they meet customer requirements.
4. Unit test all code and configuration developed by you.
5. Follow coding best practices.
6. Follow ServiceNow best practices.
7. Interact directly with our customers in fluent English in online meetings or via email or chat
communication.
8. Review requests for development and determine the technical design.
+. Work independently or cooperate with members of a team under the direction of the
project team leader or manager.
f. Prerequisites
1. At least 2 years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
2. Ability to communicate fluently with customers in English.
3. In-Depth knowledge of ServiceNow and scripting in ServiceNow.
4. Previous experience with ServiceNow integrations.
5. Access to fast Internet.
6. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
7. Willing to work from home.
8. Full-time commitment.
