About the AMA Digital Platforms Team:
This role reports to Director, AMA Digital Platforms, P&G AMA.
We strategize technology platforms and design Multi-tenant, Scalable, secured and cost-effective solutions for AMA Markets with inhouse development capability. We embrace Technology, Methodology, Culture to drive agility at Scale. We apply Industry leading DevSecOps practices with left shift approach.

We are looking for ambitious IT professional to join P&G team where you will grow as DevOps Engineer being part of regional IT Engineering team.
Within this role you will work on developing analytical dashboards meant to enable data driven decision making in the business. You will be responsible for coding new DevOps tools that improve business and technical processes efficiency.
Your Team
You will be managing a regional scope across Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa (AMA) and reporting to the Senior Director, AMA Consumer IT and e-Business.

Description of the role
• Lead & implement constructive disruptions in Salesforce applications with industry leading innovations
• Drive technology based End-to-End solutions to resolve sophisticated P&G sales & analytics problem statements across Salesforce and Azure Cloud platform.
• Drive active business engagement with partners across multi-functional teams
• Design scalable, Secure and reliable Solutions across Salesforce and Azure cloud platform.
Job Qualifications
Requirements (skills / experiences) for the role:
• Engineering Graduate with minimum of 3-5 years of Salesforce design and development experience on Salesforce platform
• Salesforce Technical development experience in Lightning Web Components, Aura, Apex, Java Script, HTML, CSS and SOQL
• Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements.
• Good communication skills, self-motivated, dynamic with a can-do mentality.
• Strong passion and curiosity about the intersection of business and technology.
• Experience with Agile methodology - Integration experience using web API frameworks like SOAP or REST
• Experience with CI-CD toolchain like GitHub, GitHub Actions, JIRA etc.
• Salesforce Platform Developer 1/ Platform Developer 2 certification
Good to have:
• Understanding of any cloud Platform like Azure/AWS is an added advantage
• Hands-on Experience working with python, pyspark and SQL on Azure cloud
• Certification on Azure cloud like AZ-+00 & DP-+00
