Job Description
Hands-on support lead with team management and experience in defining and managing team members
Analyze production tickets and guide team members in analyzing and resolving tickets
Develop an end-to-end understanding of the production landscape to be able to resolve tickets in a timely manner
Monitor the overall production processes such as daily checks, open tickets and aging of issues
Drive the meetings with stakeholders on production tickets through weekly governance calls
Collaborate with Feature team and ensure seamless transition from development to production
Focus on Continuous improvement – process, response, and resolution time for tickets
Identify and Build various KPI’s for production metrics to be used in the steering committee with Business Stake Holders
Good understanding of ITRM topics and experience in creating strategies by collaborating with Internal & external Stake Holders to take the topics to closure
Build strong relationship with the global team across multiple geographies
Identify and implement governance for reporting to senior management on production tickets and other related metrics
Monitor the U/s and D/s feeds and Autosys batches
Mentoring the team members with a good co-ordination with other support teams across the zone
Profile required
Proven Experience of 04 - 06 years of experiece in a production support team
Experienced in ITIL(Incident/Change/Problem/Major Incident) processes
Experience in ITRM topics
Should have excellent communication, interpersonal skills and be a team player
Functional knowledge of Loans application would be nice to have along with the
Excellent Problem Solving and Analytical Skills.
Good to have SQL, UNIX, Autosys and other technical knowledge.
Understanding of Support methodologies.
Good to have some Technical exposure to different monitoring tools
