Job Summary:
We are looking for a Software Engineer – Project Lead who will be responsible for leading software development projects end-to-end — from planning and architecture to development, deployment, and maintenance. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise along with leadership and team management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage software development projects across the full SDLC.
Architect, design, and implement scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
Guide and mentor developers and junior engineers on technical tasks.
Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery.
Track project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure code quality and performance.
Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and lead technical discussions.
Oversee deployments, integration, and post-release support.
Required Skills:
Strong programming skills in [Java / Python / Node.js / .NET – customize].
Experience with frameworks like [Spring Boot, Django, React, Angular, etc. – customize as per stack].
Solid understanding of software architecture, system design, and APIs (REST/GraphQL).
Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes (preferred).
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of software development experience, with at least 1–2 years in a lead role.
Prior experience managing a small team and delivering software projects.
Nice to Have:
Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Exposure to DevOps practices.
Familiarity with project tracking tools like JIRA, Trello
