Responsibilities:
• Work as a member of the Agile team to enhance & Improve software / Tools.
• Provide technical leadership across the development teams in your functional area.
• Be hands on & provide in-depth technical understanding of Cloud Software architecture.
• Be accountable, as the lead of the team for its deliverables ensuring the quality of the team’s release by recommending & implementing best quality engineering practices are followed including (but not limited to): writing and running of unit tests, smoke- and regression- test automation, code reviews, and design practices.
• Work with architect and set the end-to-end technical direction for the team, including platform technology, tools, and infrastructure
Requirement:
• 2-4 years of experience in software development
• 2-4 years leading a high performing team in an agile based software product development environment
• Experience in high performance, highly available and scalable system
• Experience developing and supporting hosted and/or multi-tenant software delivered as-a-Service (SaaS).
• Deep Knowledge and experience with software design patterns and how they can be incorporated into software design.
• Familiarity and/or experience with private and public cloud infrastructures and technologies such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Engine or Azure.
• Experience in database development with SQL databases
• Experience with iterative or Agile methodologies, techniques and Scrum
• Development experience with Web development technologies like JavaScript, ReactJS, Java Server Pages (JSP, Java Server Faces (JSF), NodeJS, AngularJS
• Development experience using Java, Python, Scala
• Familiarity with Rules engines like Drools and others
• Development experience with RESTful API driven architectures and products
• Development experience with Micro Services technologies
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Deployment practices using industry standard tools such as Jenkins, Docker, VMs, Kubernetes, Artifactory and SALT
• Familiarity with Security systems and practices (SAML, Oauth, JWT)
• Familiarity with Directory services and Single Sign On
Education
BS / BE degree in Computers or related field
