Responsibilities:
2-4 years of Oracle applications R12 Technical Support and maintenance experience in HR Domain.
• Work in the capacity of technical consultant in R12 Support and maintenance projects
• Candidate should be conversant in business process knowledge in Service Contracts, Install Base modules. knowledge in OM/ AR will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to any incident management tool viz CA service desk, SNOW etc. will be an added advantage
• Work on customization products involving RICE components, Workflow, BI publisher, APEX applications
• Ability to Produce Technical documents MD070 and Testing scenarios
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills required
• Ability to manage, track and progress medium level tasks assigned.
• Good knowledge of setups and process flows in above mentioned modules.
• Good learning attitude.
• Willing to work in shifts. 11 to 8 or 2:30 to 11:30 on a rotational basis.
